People with neurological diseases

The Feldenkrais® Method can be used in neurological disorders to improve mobility, body awareness, and self-regulation. It can be used alongside rehabilitation, for example, in conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or after a stroke.

People with (chronic) musculoskeletal pain

The Feldenkrais® Method is frequently used in pain therapy. It identifies current limitations and helps patients learn pain-free movements and improve joint mobility. Patients discover new possibilities for physical ease.

People with professions in the performing arts / athletes

The Feldenkrais® Method can be a valuable support to improve their movement awareness, body control, and expressiveness.

It helps reduce tension and promotes a deeper understanding of their own body mechanics.
